Contractor Performance

The contractor must protect the safety of the public and the life and health of project personnel. This chapter describes the necessary the steps to take before work begins and during the operation. Construction safety regulations and standards published by OSHA contain detailed requirements. Exact information is located in Title 29, CFR, Parts 1926 and 1910.
